We can provide management resources for bigger development projects, either using the customers', or our own resources for the project work itself.
SMTEC Ltd. also undertakes management of publicly funded projects, where the customers can be regional or national development companies.

The project management services can be:

1. Planning scheduling and operative management of the projects
2. Providing project managers or project resources
3. Coordination and managing links between different involved organizations like, public organizations, educational institutes, funding organizations and private companies

Customers for this service are companies who wants to strengthen their development by bringing in external input and project management, and/or public organizations who do not have appropriate resources to run big projects.
